Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment verification. During peak seasons, sales events, or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Return Policy (30-Day)
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most physical products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
