Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $150 within the continental United States and over €150 within the European Union.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment verification. During peak seasons, sales events, or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Custom or personalized items, such as selected BaZi-recommended crystal sets, may require additional processing time of 5 to 10 business days, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Return Policy (30-Day)
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most physical products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return. Certain items, such as opened space clearing kits, personalized consultation reports, and digital course access, are non-returnable for hygiene and intellectual property reasons.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping for damaged items. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for the claims process. Our team will guide you through the resolution process and ensure you receive a satisfactory outcome.
